Tuleya Technology Solutions("we", "us", "our") is a software development company based in Lusaka, Zambia, serving businesses across Zambia and Africa. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, tuleyatechnology.com.

If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share in those messages.

Information collected automatically

Our website is a static site and we do not run analytics or tracking tools. However, like almost every website, some technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) is processed by the third-party services that help deliver our website and protect our contact form. These services are listed in section 4 below.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
• Prepare quotes and estimates you have requested
• Protect our contact form from spam and abuse (security checks and rate limiting)

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use your details for marketing. We only share your information with the service providers listed below, to the extent needed to operate this website and receive your enquiry.

4. Third-party services we use

The following services process limited data on our behalf when you use this website:

• Web3Forms — delivers your contact form submission to our inbox. Your form details pass through their servers. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
• hCaptcha — protects our contact form from spam and automated abuse. It may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information, and sets its own cookies. See the hCaptcha Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — delivers the fonts used on this website. Your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which involves your IP address. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• unpkg (CDN) — delivers some of the scripts that make this website work. Your browser requests these files from the CDN, which involves your IP address.
• Google (Gmail) — enquiries sent through the form or by email are received and stored in our Google-hosted mailbox. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are handled under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

5. International transfers

Some of the services above (including Web3Forms, hCaptcha, and Google) operate servers outside Zambia, including in the United States. This means information you submit through our website may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Zambia. We only use established providers that publish their own privacy and security commitments.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set any cookies of its own, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

• hCaptcha cookies — the security check on our contact form may set third-party cookies. These are strictly necessary to protect the form from spam and automated abuse.
• Local storage — when you successfully send an enquiry, we store a small entry (named tuleya_contact_submissions) in your browser's local storage. It contains only timestamps and is used to limit repeated submissions from the same browser. It never leaves your device, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond to you, follow up on your project, and maintain reasonable business records. If you would like an enquiry deleted, contact us and we will remove it unless we need to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

8. Your rights

Under Zambia's Data Protection Act, No. 3 of 2021, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy (access)
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete (correction)
• Ask us to delete your information (deletion)
• Object to how your information is processed (objection)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at tuleyatechnology@gmail.com. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Zambia.

9. Children

Our website and services are aimed at businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our website, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add new features or services to the website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
